2. Contract

2.1 General Terms:

To use Fintech24h’s services, you need to agree to our terms and conditions, including those related to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Please carefully read the terms and conditions before using our services.

Fintech24h’s contract includes specific NDA terms that clearly define how project information should be secured. The NDA terms include:

• Definition of Confidential Information: Clearly specify which information is considered confidential, including technical details, financial information, customer data, and project details. Confidential information is precisely defined in the NDA contract.
• Security Obligations: Clearly define the security obligations of all parties involved in the project. This includes not disclosing confidential information to third parties, not using confidential information for personal purposes, and not copying or distributing confidential information. These security obligations remain in effect even after the contract concludes.
• Usage Restrictions: Clearly outline how confidential information can be used. It includes using confidential information solely for project purposes and not for competitive purposes. Usage restrictions are detailed in the NDA contract.
• Information Return: Specify the process for returning or disposing of confidential information after the project ends. Confidential information must be returned or disposed of according to the NDA provisions.
• Legal Responsibility: Clearly define the legal responsibilities of project participants in case of NDA violations. Violators of the NDA will be legally accountable as per the NDA contract and applicable laws.
